Austin, TX—Riker Call has been promoted to Area Manager for Horizon’s Austin Portfolio, including Stone Hill, a luxury community in Pflugerville with 300 apartment homes, and The View at Cedar Park, a community in Cedar Park with 166 apartment homes. 

Riker just celebrated his 7-year anniversary with Horizon. He started as a part-time Resident Assistant at The Branbury, a student community in Provo, UT. He was quickly promoted to become a full-time Leasing Consultant and then Leasing Manager at The Branbury. After stops assisting with leasing across Horizon’s portfolio, Riker became a Property Manager at University Edge in South Bend, IN. When University Edge sold in 2021, Riker and his family moved to Austin, where he has overseen operations at The View at Cedar Park.  

 Throughout his career, Riker has made himself indispensable no matter what role he has found himself in. We’re proud to have him as a member of the Horizon team and are excited to see the next chapter in his Risin’ With Horizon story.
